If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers online on 12/15 for my mom's bday on 12/17. They were never delivered. Took time to text/call/ - got a message from her a day later, she'd had the flu was in the hospital etc. Ok, I can understand that dilemma. Seems stupid to own your own business and have exactly ZERO back up plan, even just someone to call those that placed orders & tell them to order elsewhere, but whatever. Of course she said she had issued a credit for full amount- yeah, I would expect nothing less... read more
