Very easy process of picking out new flooring with Stephanie and the installers were outstanding. Such hard workers and very quick. The quality of both the materials and the installers were Outstanding. Great Job!!!! I would hire them again in the future.
Great experience, from start to finish! Had a rush job to replace a bedroom's carpet after water damage. The Sales Specialist went out of his way to get us scheduled for a quick install, which was handled professionally by the installation team. They even helped putting the furniture back in place.
The gentlemen who did the install were so respect, did an excellent job, very easy to work with. Jeronimo and Daniel. David was also great making sure we were happy and all were very easy to work with.
See photos. This was a $50k kitchen remodel. We were told we would have a 6 month guarantee after the work was done to ensure that everything was perfect. Our work was finished in December 2025, they rushed since they were due for their 2 week Christmas vacations and this is what we were left with. And I guess we’ll be figuring out how to fix on our own? Highly disappointed. Guaranteed to show up on time, yes, guaranteed to finish what they started, not so much?
