The sales rep, installer, and manager were all extremely helpful and did excellent work! I refuse to go anywhere else for my flooring needs. Thank you so much for making my move from Texas to Hot Springs Village memorable!
Southern Floor Company was such a pleasure to work with. They’re very professional and had many flooring options for us to choose from. The carpet installers did an outstanding job. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled off all the old carpet and carpet pad. I highly recommend Southern Floor Company.

Beautiful job. Everyone very nice and professional. Would have given 5 stars but people that installed the carpet were pulled out of our home 2x while installing to go to another house to measure. Was not an inconvenience for us but by the 2nd time we felt it a little rude, as well as unprofessional, of the office to have them do this in the middle of our installation. Otherwise, highly recommend them.
