Congratulations, it has been updated again! Now Crystal used our car situation against me. She chewed me a new one, and think we are good, ummm NO! The manager in this office is very unprofessional. Do not waste your time or business with this office. She actually thinks she can say whatever she wants. Very unprofessional.

Update, my mom called them to make a payment, payment was posted to the account. She was told the next payment wasn’t due until October. I was wondering why we were ahead in payment, come to find out the Manager noticed that a couple of payments was a little late. My mom never told her to move the payment, only that she would get back to her as she has to consult with me (you know the one you dissed and smarted off to) because I pay the bills.
