My mom and I have been going to this Finance Company for years when it was called Southern Finance. The Manager’s know that my mom is bad with Financing, and know that my mom allows me to manage it for her. This Assistant Manger has been snooty and rolls her eyes towards me. I understand policy, and Great Manager’s would have handled this situation a lot better. Can’t wait for the Manager to hear about this! My mother is all upset over this!!!
