Update, my mom called them to make a payment, payment was posted to the account. She was told the next payment wasn’t due until October. I was wondering why we were ahead in payment, come to find out the Manager noticed that a couple of payments was a little late. My mom never told her to move the payment, only that she would get back to her as she has to consult with me (you know the one you dissed and smarted off to) because I pay the bills. Betty stack was wonderful very friendly and helped me with all my needs was in an out. Very polite and respectable most definitely will be coming back to see her soon.
