Roto-Rooter has used SFM for years. They are always friendly, courteous and get right on the job. They work with us on our speciality equipment to find parts and get them in. Love working with them. Thank you team SFM!! We truly appreciate you all.
Avoid at all costs. Nothing was fixed. Terrible communication with ZERO follow up. Worst $1300 ever spent. Tried to charge full price for travel and gas when no appointment was ever confirmed and the technician stated he was "already in the area for other customers". Nothing was fixed on my forklift and there has been ZERO response or follow-up on questions I asked post-"service".
