Our home was destroyed by the hurricane and we had been living in the hotel. We had tried every possible rental company trying to find something before Christmas. One day I so happened to be online and saw this company had a home for rent. We met and the rest is history. Moving in was super easy, any issues that arise get resolved swiftly. Truly thank God for Kaylee!!!
Kaylee is the absolute best at what she do and it's always 1 call that's all. We love you Kaylee... Your favorite people🥰🥰
I have been a tenant for at least two years now. I have no complaints. Mrs. Kaylee is a very understanding landlord. If assistance is ever needed she communicates quickly and effectively. Mr. Steve, maintenance is TOP Tier as well. He does not play any games when it comes to service requests. He lets you know what he’s doing and how he is going to do it. AND HE DOES IT! He is a very Hard worker, that knows EXACTLY WHAT he is doing. My time as a Tenant has been nothing less than peaceful.
Dealing with kaylee has been such a pleasure we moved from Florida with our pets and she rented us a very nice duplex which we are settling in to.The only difference with her rentals is you either have to purchase your own Stove and Frig or if she has one you have to rent one from her. Financially we were not expecting that cost but made it work.looking forward to a peaceful year.
