Worst Rebtal company ever. Make everything look good first months. 0/10 do not recommend
Renting through them has been great! We moved from out of state and Kaylee was very helpful every step of the way. We came from a nightmare landlord to hands down the best landlord/management company we’ve ever had. I truly can’t say enough good things about this company. We built a new house and are sad to leave but are grateful for Kaylee and her team.
Our home was destroyed by the hurricane and we had been living in the hotel. We had tried every possible rental company trying to find something before Christmas. One day I so happened to be online and saw this company had a home for rent. We met and the rest is history. Moving in was super easy, any issues that arise get resolved swiftly. Truly thank God for Kaylee!!!

I have been a tenant for at least two years now. I have no complaints. Mrs. Kaylee is a very understanding landlord. If assistance is ever needed she communicates quickly and effectively. Mr. Steve, maintenance is TOP Tier as well. He does not play any games when it comes to service requests. He lets you know what he’s doing and how he is going to do it. AND HE DOES IT! He is a very Hard worker, that knows EXACTLY WHAT he is doing. My time as a Tenant has been nothing less than peaceful.
