We had an appointment at 5pm. We arrived 5 minutes early to find out a call had to be made to be let in. We called the number and got answering machine and left a message. We waited 30 minutes with no call back. We tried calling several times with no answer. After about 45 minutes we knock on the door to ask how much longer. The lady would not open the door so I was standing outside at 5:50 trying to ask how much longer. Mind you, they close at 6:15.
