I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I asked about purchasing a small supply of contact lenses, and instead of helping, they refused and insisted I come in for an appointment. There was no willingness to work with me or offer any reasonable option. What was even more frustrating was being told that I had never ordered contacts from them before, which is simply not true. Dr Thompson doesn’t give you your contact prescription when you go and pay for the exam. He wants you to come back in. After going to Forest 3 times to get my prescription, they still did not give me the contact prescription that I needed. Very disappointed in this business and definitely would recommend using them!
