Oh my goodness! SEA is absolutely amazing! The doctors and staff are top notch. The facility is beautiful. I am so grateful for the wonderful care I receive. Do yourself a favor and give them a try for all your eye care needs. They are wonderful!!
Dr Senn has a professional yet calming approach. He explained everything fully & answered all questions. I needed a procedure on each eye on 2 different dates. Through a phone call, at the front desk or via the Klara message system the staff was helpful with scheduling as well as my needed reschedule of 2 appointments with Dr Stokes in the GVL office. Totally unprofessional! Made an appointment on the phone gave the person all of my info (Insurance.. date of birth address) Went to the office and they asked me for my info again (Insurance card, license with my picture on it) She scanned every thing in the computer ... then asked me to fill out paperwork and they wanted my insurance info again... why do i have to give my insurance three times? All of the staff was so very nice! Everyone was so patient with me. They answered all of my questions. A thorough exam was done on my very first visit, which made me so happy because I was thinking that since it was my first visit it would just be a basic meet and greet and go over things. Dr. Mogavero hopped right in and got me all squared away. He did multiple testing and fittings and lots of education on my issue. He was so very kind and very personable.
