Have called twice trying to get them out to my house. They said a tech would call to schedule but never does. I gave up and called someone else, turns out Southern Exterminators was overcharging me by TRIPLE what the other guys would do it for.
Great customer service. Quick turnaround on termite inspections for a refi.
