Got my first machine from Southern Equipment Sales out of Buford, GA. It's a refurb, and had a problem that they took care of VERY quickly under their warranty. Also has VERY good customer service for setup and adjusting settings. HIGHLY recommend.
Bought the drink machine pictured from Southern Equipment a year ago and was not disappointed. Machine was in pristine condition, and has run like a champ since I’ve had it. Great service and wonderful price! Will be looking for more equipment here in the future!
I purchased a vending machine from Southern Vending Equipment in October 2025. It was delivered on November 10, 2025, to the correct location but placed in the wrong area, despite clear instructions being provided to my salesperson (Toney) and directly to the driver. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like they deserved more recognition. I just started my vending machine business, and honestly, I was really nervous about making a purchase. I wanted to be sure I wasn’t getting scammed and that I was getting a quality machine. Having never owned a vending machine before I didn’t really know what I was doing. Tony walked me through whole process and was very helpful. I have had to replace parts and call tech support a couple of times, but that was my doing not the machine. I did purchase a used machine and it looks and works great. Everyone there was very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
