Bought my first two vending machines from them. Arrived in perfect condition, packaged well and fully working. Being new to this industry i have used there free tech support multiple times and have loved it. Alex is always willing to help and is full of knowledge. Will do business with again.

Unfortunately, we were sold a non-functioning machine. We followed up multiple times for either support or a refund, and were told to contact a third party, Nayax, and to solve the issue ourselves, despite the fact that the machine was never functional upon completion of the sale. Tony, our salesperson, did not take responsibility for delivering a working product, and was not willing to provide support to get the machine working. They have been great to work with through and through. Had the machines shipped across the country and Tony was good at answering all my questions and made sure he updated me on the status of my order. When I had a minor problem with one of the machines, they went out of their way to make sure the problem was taken care of. Their attentiveness make them stand out amongst other vending machine distributors and I am definitely making all my future vending purchases through them.

Placed a call to buy a new machine... been told I would get a call back from sales person... week passed, no one cared.. Ended up buying from competition.. Very unprofessional
