So my appointment was at 10:30 it’s almost lunch and I finally got called back I do not recommend this Dr at all.
Dr chuang is amazing but his office is horrible. I have left 4 messages to get call back re referral. It has been 2 months no response I called today and spoke to billing they gave me info just to find out Dr not taking new patients. How many more months. I need thyroid out. Do I need new Dr to get this resolved
Do not go here unless you want to sit there all day They put me in a room and forgot about me . Also called in wrong medicine multiple times .
Not ADA Compliment facility, You'd think a Physician's office who deals with metabolic problems would have accommodating Chairs as required by A.D.A. without arms , Bring your own chair if you're not skinny
