Dr. Chun is great! Attentive, knowledgeable and takes excellent care of me. But his group does not have a workable phone system. For any issues, scheduling, ordering new supplies, etc., I have to drive 20 miles to get there just to talk to them. If they ever get their phone system in order, I'll give a 5 star rating.
I'm leaving as a patient... because of the office staff, I know they purposely hang up on me when its my turn to be answered, I've call 4 times today and collectively waited for an hour and half to schedule an appt. I'll find a new practice.

Absolutely terrible office staff. Amazing Dr. six months and insurance still hasn’t heard from this office for pre authorization for meds.
I had to post one star to get started but they get zero the staff is unprofessional and obviously uneducated to their own systems they sent me pre-registration on the phone uploaded all my information insurance cards they received the information but did not contact me and tell me that that insurance was not good enough for them I have Medicaid and Molina that's worked everywhere I go and has been but now they're talking about this primary and secondary and they can't use my insurance go wasted 30 mile trip and my time I'm o... read more
