Tom was professional and performed the job well.
I am only providing one star because you have to. Otherwise it would be negative. The experience started off terrible with the gentleman not able to find our house or follow directions. This caused him to be very late compared to the scheduled appointment time. Turns out the gentleman is elderly. While he was extremely polite and apologetic, the service provided was no where near up to standard.
