Do not Rent from this company. They are abusive, and will harass you for no reason. I had a lease with them and received every month text messages, emails and my account always showed passed due on my rent. My rent was due on the 15th of the month and the owner and I would receive these messages every month. I filed a complaint with the S.C Real Estate Board and then the notices then continued. I am a 24 year old African American male with 2 children I was granted sole custody of my children and made the mistake of applying to rent 121 Bartram Way in Lexington so my children could stay in the same school they were accustomed to and be close to their mother. RENTERS BEWARE!!! My wife and I rented a patio home in Waverly Place while learning about neighborhoods in Lexington and selecting our dream home. For 17 months, we were the model tenants who paid our rent in full and on time, while maintaining and leaving the property in immaculate condition.
