Between the shooting that took place infront of my townhouse a few months ago (Caught on video). The disgusting overflowing rolloff dumpster placed infront of my home, and coming back come on CHRISTMAS DAY to find USED toilets and Garbage on everyone's front lawn STILL AFTER BEING THERE OVER A MONTH! I'm ready for my lease to be over. I have been keeping records with pictures and video. May try to see if I can break my lease early.
The only thing they could do to improve would be to completely switch management, change everything about their operations procedures, and actually care about the residents.

They also made sure I inspected the apartment to make sure everything was up to my standards. I love the space and now I have more than enough room. If you looking for a home come here, you won’t be disappointed. Averyn and Justice are the best!!!

RecommendedI've been a resident at Southern Downs for a couple weeks and so far I absolutely love it. My apartment looks amazing, and the staff is great. The new property manager is also very friendly. She's an all around good person, she's also very helpful. I most definitely recommend Southern Downs to EVERYONE!!
