I was a serious buyer. I couldn’t get a call back. I visited the showroom, got someone involved, and they still never gave me a final price. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I recently experienced lightning damage, resulting in my garage door (installed by Southern Door and Fireplace, Inc. when my house was built) no longer functioning properly. Having called, and waiting 2 days for a response, I called back to be told that it would cost $125 simply for them to drive to my house, and that they would then have to replace the motherboard (don't know how they came to this conclusion, sight unseen).
