Completely racist they do minimum work for their customers, if you're black they could care less for you and your opinion unless you got money to give. Sales team always screw up orders they order stuff and never walk the job to confirm the stuff they order is correct, which leaves customers on the back burner because we have to reorder the supplies Cut corners in every direction just to save a penny, and their technicians get the short end of the stick......
