Great service
The customer service was amazing. They helped me right away. I had a air leak, and they had parts on their parts service truck to get me back up and running. Will recommend using them.
Horrible customer service, waited an 1 hour 30 min with no arrival…contacted them only to be told driver is “stuck”. They should have canceled the service and let another tow company come and assist for roadside. A complete waste of time and communication.
This place use so many business name but all same place they no fix you they just take money and say to to dealer they mess you up worse
November 8th I called my insurance company for a tow I had roadside assistance SDR towing showed up they loaded my truck onto the back of their truck once at the property I told the driver to back through my yard to avoid hitting trashcan he said he’s got this and back to my truck up into a tree while on the back of his tow truck, the driver then put my truck where I asked him to and drove off not giving me an invoice the company has denied my claim stating there are no trees On property so I called SDR.
