Amber & Jimmy were AWESOME! My husband & I broke down on 121 and had no family in the area to call. As soon as we got to the shop Jimmy was out there with the code reader. Amber asked the parts store if they could bring the part out we needed before the normal afternoon run time. And any HR or Office Manager can appreciate this, Amber's multi-tasking skills are the best I've ever seen😁!
We broke down 15 miles from Starke headed the the VA hospital in Gainesville today... we live in Jesup Ga... got towed to Southern Diesel.. injector failed.. special delivery for a new injector and back on the road in no time!! These folks are the best kind of people you want to meet! Thank's for everything!

i was searching for a FASS lift pump and wasnt happy about the prices online. decided to give Southern diesel a call after finding out they were a vendor and was able to get what i wanted for a happy cost! THANK YOU! for not trying to murder the costs of things. any future business of mine will stay with yall.
My transmisison in my 6.0 Powerstroke went out in a bad way about a year and a half ago. I contacted these guys and took my truck to them not knowing much about them. They not only got me back on the road with an amazing transmission ( and a couple other upgrades) but my truck shifted better than new and still to this day shifts exactly the same! I couldnt be more happy with the outcome of the truck and will definately be taking it there again soon for more upgrades!
Nothing but good experience with Southern Diesel! They go above and beyond to make sure their work is quality! Have had my personal truck in for minor issues and our work fleet in for complete engine change out and they are good at what they do. I highly recommend! Good people for sure!
The guys here are the most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. They did an engine install in my son’s Tundra. They tried hard to not have to replace the engine and save me some money but it just wasn’t possible. Found me a great deal on a used engine and had it installed fast and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any auto work.
If you have a diesel truck this place is the place to go! I cant say enough about the customer service, it was amazing. My F-350 turbocharger busted just outside of Jacksonville on my way up to Atlanta. Jimmy and Amber got us up, running and back on the road in under 2 hrs. The other shops around said they wouldn't be able to work us in for 2 more days. Amber even offered to drop us off at a restaurant to get some breakfast. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be bringing my truck back here for any future issue... read more
