Done my shopping twice in the past year from this shop. Great service and amazing work. Check this place out and ask for Scott he is the dude for repairs and custom made jewelry. If you rub his ear he gives great deals.
I called ahead of time to ask about replacing a watch battery and was told sure you can walk in anytime and we will take care of it. After arriving to the store I was greeted with a bad attitude and 3 employees pretty much told me that they could not help with my request. This is was my second time as the first time there was no one present at the location during business hours. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Fixed two rings, replaced stone, and even got a new chain. Very helpful and communicated clearly.
Called multiple times and left multiple messages about sales/service. No call back or message back
Best inventory I've seen.. very friendly staff very knowledgeable. Truly a hidden gem. Thanks so much for your help.
