I think they need to be a bit more mindful of their patients situations. I was prescribed an expensive drug. I could not afford the $100+ a month and they basically refused to write a script for the $3.95 generic. We agreed on a “middle” priced drug. This place takes FOREVER to get your prescriptions to your pharmacy. I have never seen anything like this. They have messed up my appointments so many times. THEN, had the nerve to charge me a no show fee. They were once good. Not sure what’s changed but if they want to stay in business, something has to change for the better. They don’t know who is doing what at this place please don’t trust your health with Southern diabetic gear. They need to be shut down and investigated.
Very rude people
I had my first visit today and it was probably the only time I’ve ever been to a doctor and felt “heard” finally. Tina truly listened and made me feel confident that she will help me get to the bottom of the issues I’ve been having.
