Used to love this place love Tina but ny job i travel so hard to make appts so 30 min late last week had to reschedule made new appt get here on time ill be dang I forgot my purse so couldn't pay my 43 copay. Over booked. Two hours from check in to seeing a provider consistently. Consistently late or slow on refills causing missed days of medication. After a year and a half of quarterly visits nothing has improved.
I really like the doctors here. They really care their patients. I highly recommend them.
I think they need to be a bit more mindful of their patients situations. I was prescribed an expensive drug. I could not afford the $100+ a month and they basically refused to write a script for the $3.95 generic. We agreed on a “middle” priced drug. Then they kept calling in refills for the one I couldn’t afford, even after several phone calls.
