Rude old woman on desk. Spoke to me at volume a full waiting room behind me I'm here to treat your ......... ummmm no your not you are here to book my next appt! What happened to patient confidentiality? If these 2 clowns are a reflection of what you can expect I'm surprised they are still open!
Absolutely awful service, not worthy of one star. Provided results over the phone however refuses to send me a copy in print. Receptionist are rude and have zero compassion. Avoid this place...so many more dermatologists out there who will provide a better service
Dealt with this so called dermatologist a few years ago, he does not care, he let my son suffer with a lesion on his head, we went there initially, then went there 3x after as not healing, basically felt like we were wasting his time. Ended up in hospital for two weeks getting rid of the staf he'd let build up. Does not deserve one star. Only posting this now as we are searching for a dermatologist, STAY AWAY!!!!!
Reception are well versed at handling any challenge on their excessive fees. Just go and see a pop-up free skin clinic, save yourself $230
I suffered a severe groin rash for more than a year receiving treatment from another dermatologist that was promptly ' mostly cured' by Doctor Walker. Very happy to recommend his service.
