I had a cleaning here in Feb. 2020. I gave my NEW insurance card to the person who checked me in, she took it, scanned it, & returned it to me. They billed my OLD insurance company instead, which didn't pay (obviously). So they began billing me for the $63. I phoned Southern Dental with my NEW insurance info and thought that would get this claim paid. Wrong. I think Dr Pischke is awesome! I've always had a phobia of the dentist when I got married my husband told me to try him and now I wouldn't ever go to anyone else. He is very gentle,caring and thorough . I can't say enough about him. Also I've never had issues with billing.
The experience wasn't bad at all except when I looked on my credit report and see a collections notice! I paid in full before I left and ended up with an accounts in collections! The worst part is I am trying to buy a house and have been doing very well with credit! How can you pay in full and then still end up with a balance!? This is my first time experiencing this! I will never go back!
I don't understand what these other reviews are about but I wasn't given any false diagnosis or pressured into getting unnecessary work done or over charged for anything. Dr. Osborne was wonderful and took care of my emergency to make sure I wouldn't be in anymore pain over the weekend until I can get my root canal finished. These guys were great! I trust them.
