Dr. Eubanks and his staff are amazing. Anytime I’ve needed them, they have gotten me in quickly or called back very soon after. They always explain what they are doing and are highly professional. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a top-notch dental practice!
I called the office to inquire about becoming a new patient since I was just notified my dentist is retiring and closing her practice. IMO Staff on the phone were unprofessional and were curt with telling me they're not accepting new clients. She was more interested in finding out who was closing than listening to the fact that the first time I would need to see them is 3 months from now.
This place was flat out awesome. I had forgotten my paperwork and they provided a backup no problem. I was seen within 5 minutes of being there, the staff is super friendly and amiable, and the hygienist and dentist were extremely professional, transparent, and efficient. Would highly recommend this establishment.
