I have to say I am over the moon with southern Delaware dental. Wow, from the people at the counter to the Doctors they are very attentive and just fantastic people. I had a tooth pulled and this is something I needed much comfort for as I am not one that loves a dentist let alone mouth surgery. They were so very comforting and accommodating. Maria took the time to meet me beforehand to relax me and give me as much information as possible so I would be comfortable. Thank all of you so much for what you do.
UNPROFESSIONAL. Had an appointment in may that got rescheduled twice! My appointment was suppose to be August 4th I got a text message remind to confirm and all on July 21st , I call today to confirm my appointment and I’m told no appointment was ever put in , how when I received a text message confirming the appointment? “Oh well I’m sorry but I’m going to have to reschedule you” for the THIRD time for their mistake? Terrible service. Don’t consider this group. Even though you may have to wait … go elsewhere. We have been patients there for 18 months. Requested an appointment for a broken tooth… told it was beyond the scope of their capabilities…. referred out for another appointment elsewhere… that appointment is 2 months out. New dentist (last left abruptly) spent all of 3 minutes in the room. Never introduced herself. I’m a physician….believe me you deserve better care than this practice!
Hygenists are all wonderful. My dentist has left for whatever reason but their billing is outrageous. Albeit nice and informational when I call each time, they demand payments up front and I've been waiting 9 weeks and counting to be remimbursed for something my insurance covered in full over 1 month ago. It's insulting that I need to beg for my own money. Not impressed by their process and rules.
First off when we first ever came to this place I had to get a cavity filled and the dentist who was doing it didn’t give me any numbing stuff and basically told me to be quiet everytime I tried to get him to stop. after that things were fine until this one cavity I had they were going to “watch it” I ended up needing a root canal BECAUSE OF THEM. when I went back to get my crown put on the dentist threw my mother out for asking questions about everything saying she was “undermining” the dentist then I when I left she told m... read more
