I used to like them very much until the other day the dentist went bat shit crazy on us. I questioned why a certain procedure had to be done which cost me a great deal of money when all they needed was to fill the tooth of my daughters. Apparently she didn't like to be questioned and basically told me she could no longer be my dentist and I was undermining her. The worst place. Had him do my crown twice and the second time around he gave me TMJ from the needles and work. My second crown still messes up my bite. The doctor is rude and snarky and makes you feel like he doesn’t care about your concerns. Everything felt rushed and like he wasn’t paying attention to the details.
Had a consult with Dr.Zolper last week. The consult was so thorough and something I’ve never experienced before from a dental practice. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. This week I was able to get my first cleaning with one of her hygienists Susie. She was amazing! So happy with this practice.
Dr Pancake and Trish were the best they really did a great job my sons teeth are so great and straight
