Had a mouthguard for snoring made in Febuary. After 6 months the botttom jaw guard snapped in half the the front. Went to back to my dentist who contacted SCD was told only 3 month warrenty. I tried to see if they could only replace the botom jaw to keep the cost down was told no would have to pay another $616 for a new guard. Was not told when purchased only 3 months warrenty.

I consulted with a dentist on 27th February based on the firm confirmation from their dental assistant that a partial denture could be made up by a lab on or before 8th March. I was also told that a lab would be called when I was at the appointment and that one would be found that could make up the work within the required time frame, which was 9 days, or less. I received a flipper denture from this lab but sent by St Luke Fine Dental. It doesn't even sit on the mould properly and certainly does not sit well in my mouth. That is nearly $900 worth of flipper straight in the bin.I will not consult with a dentist who uses this lab again.

I have used southern cross for many years. They provide good quality products I can trust. Most time I don’t need any adjustment for the work returned from them. Peter Newman is always very knowledgeable and supportive when there is an issue. I like them always send an email when there is a quarry and really try to get it right every time.
