I received a flipper denture from this lab but sent by St Luke Fine Dental. It doesn't even sit on the mould properly and certainly does not sit well in my mouth. That is nearly $900 worth of flipper straight in the bin.I will not consult with a dentist who uses this lab again.

I have used southern cross for many years. They provide good quality products I can trust. Most time I don’t need any adjustment for the work returned from them. Peter Newman is always very knowledgeable and supportive when there is an issue. I like them always send an email when there is a quarry and really try to get it right every time.

It’s amazing how two faced people can be. You’re so nice and professional when in the office yet the moment you step out, you shift gears immediately. One of your employees just cussed at me then shook his head as he shoved past me (he used his hands, is he okay?), all for walking too slowly. Apparently leg injuries are too hard to notice for him? Genuinely shocking behaviour from another human being.
