I can't say enough about the office staff and Ms. Shantel she was so helpful and kind in assisting me with my needs.
I never got to see the doctor because when I arrive for my appointment, the door was not open. I stayed around until 10 minutes before my appointment time and it was still locked. I tried calling a third time and someone finally answered, I explained to her that I have been out there waiting and her response was that they had a late lunch. If you’re having a late lunch, especially given it says on your answering service that you are too open at 1 PM, you should definitely put a sign on the door to let people know that. I don't like going to the doctor...but I love love love going here! They have always been able to get me in if I call feeling sick in the morning. And even when you are being worked in, they get you in and out. Angela Cain was really great she addressed all of my needs and the entire office.
