This is a horrible place they not on time when you have an appointment at 0800 Why they coming in at like 0805. Asked for a referral they asked me why am I going to a OB (like what you mean what I’m going for?) they send you to specialist that don’t specialize in the issue your there for. Then to get in the door and still have to sit and wait for 10 more minutes before they speak to you what kind of stuff is this next time I will learn not to go to an office that don’t have a actual sign outside.

The staff here is very friendly. I normally come here every three months for my blood work to see about my health and for any other problems, the staff's always give me a sense of comfort that I never really have to be worried. They make it quick and easy. And they're very understanding. I know.I'll be going here for a long time

Worst primary care experience. I specifically scheduled an appointment to get my thyroid meds refilled. I have been on the same dosage for 15 years. The doctor told me she could only fill for 3 months to start until she get the lab results back. She got the lab results, my thyroid levels are normal, but now she says she can only fill 3 months at a time. When I checked in for the first time, I specifically asked if Dr. Wendy Wright was there, since she was the one my appointment was with. The receptionist said "yes". I waited for an entire hour in an empty clinic before finally being called in. However, I was met with a completely random nurse and after my appointment, I learned that Dr. Wendy left working there since a long term. Very frustrating experience with the front end staff!
