Vicki White has been amazing to work with and so very helpful. She deserves a raise for going above and beyond, and dealing with the craziness that is a unorganized hospital sending fakes bills.
The representative Vickie White, was the nicest debt collector I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely professional. I’ve never enjoyed paying a bill in my life, as I did with this lady. Kudos to her!
Vicki White was the person assigned to my account and I cannot give her a good enough review. She was never rude, hateful or condescending to me while she had my account. I paid my last payment today and she was just as nice to me as the first time I spoke with her. The majority of debt collectors are manipulating and make folks feel terrible about having debt. Vicki needs a promotion to manager and train other folks how to work the job like she does. Thank you Vicki!
