My husband and I had a custom home built by Southern Crafted Homes. Worst experience! If we could give 0 Stars, we would. Jim Deitch the COO Is a shady slimy snake! He would avoid meeting with us when we requested. Yes be day, I went to our home site to wait for him when he did daily rounds on another house on the same street and he noticed I was there waiting for him so he went out the construction entrance (back entry for construction workers) to avoid me.
