Henry was very thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand!
Our heat went completely out of service Saturday evening. The temperature was about 5°F. We called Southern Comfort late Sunday morning and were directed to the technician on call, Henry. He assured us we would have our heat back on that night. This young man delivered! He arrived around 4:00pm with a smile, a great attitude, and his tools in tow. Thank you Southern Comfort. We are ready for the winter after getting our system tuned up. Tech - Henry walked through any concerns and explained everything that will be done in the next Spring Cleaning. Yearly service package is well worth the money. We also had the dryer vents cleaned - very quick and the house was left spic and span.
Woke up this morning to being 60 degrees in the house. Henry Makey came to the house and fixed the issue at hand. Thanks again to the team.
