We have used Mike for several years now. We can't say enough good things about his integrity and his work. He came recommended from a family friend and we could not be happier. He has done maintenance, installs and repairs on an old unit. We highly recommend.
Our home had the original installation with Neese-Jones, and after 2 years, 10 service calls, and a blanket refusal to honor a warranty even though we always suffered the same problem every time we turned on the air conditioning, we just gave up on them.
