RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I really had a bad experience with them. Trying to get them to fix my refrigerator and I took them more than 40 days to make me an appointment! If you don’t want my business just let me know there is no need to waste my time and keep telling me to wait and you will call me back! So I called other company and they showed up on the first day and fixed it well. Do not use this company. Totally wasting time!
Very KNOWLEDGEABLE (unlike most in the business). Fast, quality work. My AC Unit had a leak, and was out of refrigerant. Would not have found them if it wasn't for Cinch Home warranty. I will use them again in the future. Thanks!
