I can’t recommend Southern Comfort enough! I’ve rarely met someone who is so honest and hard working. We have used him for the past couple years and Jim always does a great job and for a very fair price. He also stands behind his work and makes sure you’re happy.
we had adam come out to service our A/C from southern comfort..the company came the very next morning on time and did the work in 15 minutes..our air is running cold and because of adam and his sharing about installing a new unit we have decided to finance our new A/C and furnace thru southern..very pleased with service..use them its worth it
I own a rental property in Fort Walton Beach and live in VA. My property manager quoted an exorbitant price to replace my aged system. I found Jim through a referral and was comforted to find his 5 star reviews. The system shut down the 1st of July and Jim was there to replace it on July 3rd. He came in $1500 under what I was being quoted by my property manager. I had damage incurred to the unit less than 3 months after it was installed. A friend recommended him to me when I first moved here and my A/C stopped working. He was able to come and repair the same day. I’ve called him a few times since for yearly service and he’s always been fair and honest and has never tried to talk me into anything I didn’t actually need just to make a sale.
Excellent service. Came out within the hour. Highly recommend.
