I had a fantastic experience with Southern today. My system was running less than optimal so I scheduled a tune up for the summer. Brad, our technician, was quick to resolve the issue increasing airflow to all rooms in the house. He explained all of his steps clearly and optimized the overall performance of our unit going above and beyond just a regular maintenance appointment.
Brad is the best. I always ask for him to do the maintenance on my AC. Had to get a new capacitor. 🫤
