Southern Comfort A/C Heating always give us quick professional service without trying to sell us what we don't need. Keith and his partner did my semi-annual service and some additional repairs professionally at a fair price. They also are very informative about what they are doing and hy. They do not try to upsell me on stuff I do not need.
The service appointment was rushed in 25 minutes only to tell me I bought a bad thermostat from Lowe’s. I paid $92 for a multimeter check. Nothing was solved. No return call was made to follow up on the appointment. Ended up having to fix the condensation line on our own which was the real problem.
John is the best. My German shepherd loves him. He is very thorough and smiles a lot.
My technician was very respectful and kind. He knew what he was doing and didn’t try to just make a buck. I will be using them again for sure!
Same day service and technician was friendly and checked the whole system. More repairs needed per his recommendations. Problem of low cooling capacity still an issue.
