Danielle will deny a rental to a valid documented service animal for PTSD. If you have one of the breeds of dogs they refuse then they will break the ADA and refuse to rent to you. Went into office after talking to Danielle,(who seemed ok) told by Monica Violet Danielle not available but she would show me thought she was sure she could get me the property for a low price I said great let's go look at it. When we got there she was totally unsure of property lines. That tells me she hasn't done the research. She said she needed to find out more about the property.
