Extremely unprofessional! Did the application only for her to be concerned with how many auto loans I had on my account. NO evictions. Also way over income limit! And could have had a guarantor per the owner of the company I work for. They never called only texted. Very unprofessional go somewhere else anywhere else where they are truly willing to help you rent/buy a home!
Steve is extremely unprofessional. As a small business stay away from any landlord that uses this company.
Steve and his staff are full service and top notch. I’m pleased knowing everything is handled for me. From tenant placement, repairs and turnovers, right down to depositing the rents. Wouldn’t consider anyone else!
