Steve and his staff are very attentive to their renters. If there is something wrong they fix it fairly quick as well. Jill is such a sweetheart who has countlessly helped me when needed on my rental property. I have rented 2 properties from them and would recommend!
Applied for a property a month ago and they are just reaching out to me today. I also sent a message way before I got the new place im in now asking about an update and never got any response. At some point there should be a law put in place for timely communication to people applying, being we have to pay a $50 dollar application fee! Then each person over 18 have to pay that fee, it seems like a big hustle at this point just to get money. Extremely unprofessional! Did the application only for her to be concerned with how many auto loans I had on my account. NO evictions. Also way over income limit! And could have had a guarantor per the owner of the company I work for. They never called only texted. Very unprofessional go somewhere else anywhere else where they are truly willing to help you rent/buy a home!
Steve is extremely unprofessional. As a small business stay away from any landlord that uses this company.
