I have been a patient at this office for many years, and I’ve seen many doctors and staff members come and go. I truly appreciate Dr. Hubbard, Dr. Schuyler, and the rest of the team. However, I had a concerning experience this morning with the new receptionist who answered the phone. Her tone came across as rude and unprofessional. My work phone automatically records all calls, so I am able to provide the recording to the office if needed. I do not want any trouble. I would recommend Southern Coast Specialist to anyone! They give you top notch service and treatment and they care about all of their patients.
Checked in and had some trouble with the check in process. The staff was very helpful. The Dr was fantastic he spent the time to answer all my questions. He helped me and did not try and make it hard on me. The only think is the wait time was little longer than expected. I would recommend this place to my friends.
Canceled my pain meds with no reason - have sent me deep into misery
My 91 year old mother had a knee ablation there. We were very pleased with every person we met there!! They were wonderful.. before visiting..we really had no idea how she could be relieved of her knee pain.. Dr Schuyler explained the procedure and we are pleased!! My mother had no side effects and is doing much better .. ****Dr Schuyler and his assistant were wonderful..!his staff in the office were not!
