I have been a patient at this office for many years, and I’ve seen many doctors and staff members come and go. I truly appreciate Dr. Hubbard, Dr. Schuyler, and the rest of the team. However, I had a concerning experience this morning with the new receptionist who answered the phone. Her tone came across as rude and unprofessional. I would recommend Southern Coast Specialist to anyone! They give you top notch service and treatment and they care about all of their patients.
Checked in and had some trouble with the check in process. The staff was very helpful. The Dr was fantastic he spent the time to answer all my questions. He helped me and did not try and make it hard on me. The only think is the wait time was little longer than expected. I would recommend this place to my friends.
