I have been a patient at this office for many years, and I’ve seen many doctors and staff members come and go. I truly appreciate Dr. Hubbard, Dr. Schuyler, and the rest of the team. However, I had a concerning experience this morning with the new receptionist who answered the phone. Her tone came across as rude and unprofessional.
