This was the 2nd time using Southern Coast Roofing and they were excellent to work with again! They remember us from a few years ago when we used them to replace a chimney and went with them for our roof. Ty was great and explained the whole process and was responsive with all our questions. The team installing the roof was great and cleaned up everything and the roof looks amazing.
They missed multiple scheduled appointments without any notice or explanation. I had to constantly follow up just to get them to show up. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
I hired this roofing company hoping for a smooth experience, but the quality of their work was disappointing. Shingles started coming loose just a few weeks after installation. When I reached out, they were slow to respond and didn’t take accountability.
The estimate they gave me was way off. The final bill was significantly higher, with vague explanations for the added charges. I didn’t feel like I got what I paid for at all.
