He walked our roof, shot me straight about what actually needed fixing and what didn't, and never once tried to upsell me. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. Showed up when he said he would, did quality work, and treated my home like it was his own. This is the kind of small business that built this community. Do yourself a favor and call Ty before you call anyone else. 5 stars isn't enough.
Fair pricing and completed on time. No surprises Ty checked on the workers and progress in throughout the job. I would highly recommend Southern Coastal.
SCR just reroofed my house. The price was more than fair. Communication was excellent. The job was done promptly (within a day) and the final product looks amazing. I cannot recommend a roofing company more highly than SCR. I unfortunately had a recent experience with a different company where my home insurance company determined that my shingles were intentionally damaged in an effort to get a wind damage claim approved.
