Renting from this company for 2 years and they are not friendly or a welcoming company! My kids never played outside , was discriminated on when we went to the pool . The retires are not friendly and kind neighbors. They invade your privacy was told we could not have a dog as soon as our lease was up they allowed dogs and lowered the rent . They charged 75.00 a hour for anything have to repair to not give your full deposit back , and hold your deposit for weeks !! Don’t waste your time or money !
