I rented beach house through Southern Coast Management this winter (2023-2024) and had an amazing experience. First off, Kim took the time meet me at the rental so I could view the property. Which was 50 yards from the beach!!! Second, the entire experience was accommodating and easy. I enjoyed my stay for 7 months straight and had not 1 issue. Southern Coast and especially Kim, took the time to negotiate an additional month of rental past my lease while I closed on a house here in NMB. Lastly, the departure process was a br... read more
