I would have given 10 stars to Southern Coast Foundation Systems, Inc. if I could. This company is honest, trustworthy and very responsive to voicemail and email. I'm impressed with their work ethic. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, whereas other foundation companies have tried. Todd is knowledgeable and won't take advantage. Southern Coast Foundation was recommended to me by a trustworthy acquaintance. It proved to be all that I wanted in a company. The professionalism of the sales person to the guys that actually did the installation. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs foundation repair.
Everyone at the company was very helpful and professional. When I discovered I had a problem with my foundation I contacted several companies and Southern Coast were the only ones who did not try to sell me on more than I needed.
These guys are some of the most trustworthy people you'll work with! we noticed a few large step cracks on the exterior of our house, started to think the worst that we had a foundation problem so called around local companies to get inspections and quotes. The first company to come out to us was ALPHA foundations, the sales man came out, took some measurements, showed us a bunch of videos and then told us we needed 12 piers and that it would cost $30,000+, we were obviously going to get a second opinion on it and I am SO gl... read more
