I worked with selling agent Kris Kolarich from Southern Classic Realtors. Unfortunately, they wasted nearly two months of my time and ultimately accepted a slightly higher offer from another buyer. They countered my initial offer, which I accepted, but then left it unsigned for months. I was told they were waiting on the bank's management team to sign my offer.
