They treat good tenants exactly the way they would treat bad ones. I was never late on rent and I left the house in good condition but I only received less than a third of my deposit back. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
I rented a house from Jennifer Griffin at SCM. I was made aware of all cleaning fees while signing the lease and any concerns were addressed quickly. I will continue to refer my friends to this company.
