Have been sitting here for an hour waiting on them to open. It’s over 32 degrees, the parking lot is full of employee vehicles, the website says they are open, however not one employee can be found.
Did not clean my car good at all . paid 25.50 and refused to help me windows were still filthy and did not vacuum properly . I have detailed pictures to prove the laziness. Ive been going here for along time and as of recent the quality of cleaning your car has declined . I WILL NEVER GO BACK AT ALL !!!! You dont get your money's worth i could've did it myself and done a far better job . so from here on out that's what I'll do .

Very disappointed, after waiting 2hrs when I was told 1hr 30 min, still waited patiently, but the time wasn't my biggest issue, the car isn't fully clean!! Still have mud and hair in back seat and dirt on the car, not to mention no air freshener. I paid for the biggest package :( will give them a chance to make it rite, but seriously!!
Paid twice what I normally do and ended up with a half done job. Very dissatisfied and came home to do an hour of cleanup to fix what they didn’t, and get all the overspray off my leather seats. Last time the $15 was more worth the $25+ I paid today. It wasn’t even busy, so no excuse for poor work!
