We have had a great experience with Southern choice properties. Our last property manager was a nightmare. So glad we have this company now .
I very carefully reviewed several agents before choosing Brandy Brown. But I had no idea how good a decision I had made. This agent is dynamite. She promptly responded to all calls, email, and texts. She is fast. We had to make several offers and she went the extra mile early and late, even though she was busy, she got it done. She is professional, smart, and delightful to work with. She has a very professional presentation, a great attitude, and she knows her stuff. I am very impressed.

As a retired Chief I can't recommend brandy and team enough. They have gone way way above and beyond. They have worked so hard they are more like family.
