Southern Choice, and more specifically Jewel, has been AMAZING! I think it took about 4-5 months to get rented because we wanted to wait for the best tenants, but it was completely worth the wait. The tenants are phenomenal. They always pay on time and are taking great care of the place... after God, I attribute that to Jewels diligence and thoroughness.
