Just moved to a lot and everything is broke. Ac, water, and even had problems getting the power tuned on due to failing code office inspections. Do not move here unless there is no other option. Maintenance spends more time hitting on the the lady's across the street than actually working. Took over a week to get him to come out and fix the water. By the time her finally made it, me and my roommate fixes majority of the problems.
This company sent me to collections while buying a home. The property manager reported a false to collections the same day I asked her to sign a required document to buy a home. The intent of this company is to make sure once you begin to rent you cannot leave. If you attempt to leave and rent elsewhere, they will bill you for false charges and offer no explanation. This is a low income community trap.
They want answer the phone are fix anything I have raw sewerage running in yard they will not fix and a broke stove they want do anything
