Worst experience ever. Plz don’t take your vehicles to this service department. The service writer will not call you back . They wouldn’t return my call and they had my Chevrolet truck I had it towed to another mechanic in Baldwin county …. . No communication. The worst experience I’ve ever had . While on vacation in Gulf Shores we experienced car problems. Our service provider, Mark Bensinger was extremely helpful. Not only did he get us in a day earlier than expected, he saved our trip! We were able to have our car back on time in excellent working condition. When we went to pick up the vehicle Mark greeted us and made sure we were all at ease and enjoyed our trip. Amazing customer service!!
The absolute worst experience. After 3 days my car still hasn’t been looked at so we are picking it up and taking it to a different mechanic.
All around excellent service and performed on time.
