I have been trying to check into my new home banking account for over an hour. The new system is not working. This frustration started by following the instructions to use a zero followed by my member number. It did not work. I called 665-7000 and waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. This person told me that because my member number was only four digits, I needed to enter two zeros then my member number. Why wasn't this mentioned in the instructions?
