Favorite Place to get rice beads for gifts and favorite place to find unique pieces. Wonderful staff. Lovely Women.
Southern Charm has to be my favorite jewelry store in Chs! I make my friends/family stop by here every vacay. They truly are the kindest people, and really care about the customer experience. They helped me from the moment I walked In till I finally decided on a jewelry piece! (Which took a while cause they have so many choices, lol!)
Customer service that's not at all charming
What a pleasure getting a couple Of Sterling bracelets by emailing the owner and having her send me some videos since I live in Arizona and can’t see in their store in person. Such great quality and very reasonably priced. Thank you Melanie for all your great help!
I purchased some of her rice bead bracelets. She has an amazing assortment of beautiful gold and silver necklaces, bracelets, charms etc. Stop by and visit with her. I am very pleased with my Southern Charm purchase and experience.
