Southern Charm conducted a home inspection on a property I’m purchasing in Nov. Will and his Team were outstanding. I was on site with him during the inspection and he answered all my questions with no problem. The service over all was top notch. I used Southern Charm Inspection Services prior to purchasing my first home and I could not have been happier with the service I received. Will was excellent; very thorough and detailed and took the time to explain things to me, which I very much appreciated as a new home-buyer. He takes his work seriously and doesn't let anything get by him. I highly recommend Will for anyone in the area.

Will is AWESOME. I highly, highly recommend. Very professional, responsive, friendly, and THOROUGH. I got an extremely detailed report on a home inspection for a house I am in the process of buying. As a first time home owner, I couldn't have asked for a better inspector to work with.

We currently live in CA and went by reviews on line and Will did not disappoint. We were looking at purchasing an older duplex to live in until we find what we want and knew there were issues but needed to know the extent since we could not see them in person. He was very responsive whenever I e-mailed or text him with questions. He did a thorough job in a timely manner. I would defiantly use him again when the time comes..
