This is one stand-up company. I bought rope I didn’t actually need, so I ended up back over to speak with Brian a few hours later. He let me not only exchange the rope for the one which I actually needed, but did so without overlooking the .96 difference in price. Super stand-up. Anyone can order whichever Husqvarna chainsaw they want on the internet these days. They r a joke I paid for merchandise had to go overseas for work got back and they said they did not have it they sold it and if they did have it , it would be 7,000 in storage fees, I would not buy from them they are bad business and don’t care about the customer , there are to many companies out there that will treat you rite and fair,!DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
